Based in a luxurious five star hotel in Mumbai. The show captures the spirit of a five star hotel, delving into the behind the scene efforts by hotel staff that goes into making it a pleasurable experience for its guests. KK Jaitley, owner of this hotel, has put in his life and blood into making this hotel. Today, he is a lonely man with an aching heart, trying to struggle with looming dangers on hotel’s existence, but he is not giving up.

Annirudh Dutt, the MD of the hotel, is like a son to him. The man in command, who understands Mr. Jaitley’s vision and his eccentricities. He smoothly handles every crisis at Gulmohar Grand but struggles with his own turmoil in his personal life. Anahita Mehta, a new bumbling recruit in Food and Beverage department enters the hotel. But is there more to this façade? Is she on a mission? Annie’s journey into this Hotel will ruffle a few feathers. Neel Gujral, another new recruit in the security department with a deep dark past with which he fights every single day.
